Head for the Hills!
So much post-apocalyptic LEGO is set in the city that you sometimes forget what it must be like out in the boondocks for survivors (if there are any). The Head for the Hills! contest in the ApocaLEGO Flickr group has just one rule — the LEGO creation must be set outside the increasingly standard urban landscape.
Expect lots of rural post-apocalyptic LEGO creations over the next while, but one of my favorites so far is Scott Whitesell’s “Solitude.”
